Report Examples

Modified on Mon, 5 Oct at 12:26 PM

This article shows two examples of reports that can be created in the Reports app. See Create a Report for a step-by-step guide for creating reports.

  1. The first report is designed for multi-site companies. It helps you verify whether animals are located at the correct farm.
  2. The second report lists all animals with a low health score. It can help veterinarians monitor health issues. It can also be used for your own records.

Example 1: Last Seen at Farm

Use this report for companies with multiple farms to check whether animals are at the correct location. Compare the farm assigned to each animal with the farm where it was last detected.

Reports can include animals from multiple farms. A custom worklist belongs to one farm.

Suggested Columns

  • Last detected at farm: The farm where the animal was last detected.

  • Farm: The farm assigned to the animal.

  • Pen: The pen assigned to the animal.

Suggested Sort Order

In Sort by, select Farm and use ascending (↑) order to group animals by their assigned farm.

Example 2: Low Health Score

Use this report to review animals with a health score of 3 or lower. It provides context about their latest health issue, health score trend and behaviour during the past 24 hours.

Share the report with a veterinarian to support health monitoring, or use it for farm records.
